RELEASE OF LIABILITY
As the participant or legal parent or guardian of the participant(s), I release and hold harmless to the business doing business as “Get Messy NL INC” its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of “Get Messy NL INC” professionals, its owners, and operators or in route to or from any of said premises.
Medical emergencies I give permission to the business doing business as “Get Messy NL INC”, its owners and operators from any and all liability to seek medical treatment for the participant in the event they are not able to reach a parent or guardian. I hereby declare any physical/mental problems, restrictions, or condition and/or declare the participant to be in good physical and mental health. I hereby agree to pay for any charges associated with said treatment.
OTHER NOTES YOU ARE AGREEING TO BY SIGNING THIS WAIVER: Cancellations/ Refunds We do not offer refunds. A credit MAY be available to you under certain circumstances. Deposits are non-refundable, creditable or transferable.
Photo/Video Material ”Get Messy NL INC" reserves the right to use photographic or video material for advertising and promotional purposes. Photos will be posted to social media. If you do not want your child, yourself or a family member photographed, please inform us in writing prior to the start of any event or activity
Payment Policies Deposit is due upon registration, any party upgrades or extra guest charges are due the day of the party.
7 days prior to any party booking, numbers are required to prepare for your party. The number you request is the number you agree to pay for. We accept EMT, Visa, MasterCard and Interac debit for in-studio purchases. Loot bag options must be paid in advance.
OTHER: Please dress appropriately for the party/play. We use professional materials and art supplies which means paint may stain clothing, shoes and jackets. We have aprons at the studio to borrow, but kids are kids and paint can get anywhere! “Get Messy NL INC” is not responsible for damage to clothing or personal belongings. “Get Messy NL INC” requires indoor footwear during the winter months, please bring those or avail of a pair of slippers we offer.
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled party time as we have classes and/or events scheduled before and after. The art portion is the first 45minutes of the party and starts promptly and finishes promptly. Please encourage your guests to be on time as late arrivals can delay the art activity. *Please also note there are classes and/or events booked after your party. The studio area must be vacated 5 minutes after the scheduled end time for the party. This allows time for the studio staff to clean and prepare for the next event or class. Thank you for understanding.
Our capacity is 80. Please keep this in mind when inviting guests! If your guests are tiny and require a parent to stay, they are included in capacity numbers.
